Sean's unit was gearing up for warfare in the mountains at a rapid pace, however due to previous injuries Sean could not reenlist. Sean was then Honorably discharged after 5 years of service.

Sean is currently working with a few politicians to enact legislative change in Massachusetts. This change would be the first legislation in the country to give VSOs proper training to become accredited and have full access to current veterans' records. To date there are currently only a few NSOs in each state who have access. Sean's mission is to change that for all Veterans.

Sean's Awards and Decorations include:

  • National Defense Service Medal
  • Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal
  • Good Conduct Medal
  • Sea Service Deployment Ribbon
  • Global War on Terrorism Service Medal
  • Navy Unit Commendation
  • Expert Rifle Marksmanship Badge (3rd award)
  • Pistol Sharpshooter Badge.
